My name is Amy – welcome to my page!

I believe being fit and healthy should be fun, attainable and rewarding for everyone and want to be a part of your fitness journey. For me holistic wellness is where I focus; I care about your physical, mental and emotional well-being! 

I bring my knowledge from Crossfit (Level 1 Certified), Skiing (Level 2 Certified) and other sports that I love such as running, yoga and mountain biking to create enjoyable, functional workouts. 

You can achieve your fitness goals alongside all the other things in life that matter to you. Let’s build confidence, power, balance, performance and courage together!

Growing up in London, England,  I was always very active, playing sports and running around, which was not very common in a kid from the city. 

When I moved to Canada as a ski instructor for a season, having so many active people and sports to partake in was a dream come true. This is where my knowledge and fitness journey began.

It started with running and training for half marathons. However, in 2011, when I came across Crossfit, it changed the way I worked out and viewed myself. I realized that strength training allowed me to do things I never thought possible and see huge changes in my body as well as gain mental resiliance. 

My goal is to help people gain strength and confidence and allow them to see their physical potentials.
